SE 3-way Reference feature the first ever, fully-fledged 3-way design in silicone, incorporating three, totally independent, Hi-Fidelity Balanced Armature transducers dedicated for clear treble response, rich and organic midrange as well as powerful and deep, yet controlled low end. Sound signature is balanced overall, with a natural tonality built from the low end up.

Low note response is presented in a raw and dynamic manner. Midrange section is very extended, rich, organic, smooth and natural while the highs are clear and detailed but non-fatiguing, making them ideal for longer listening sessions. Monitors are detailed and sufficiently balanced, while also preserving a very natural and organic timbre throughout the spectrum, emotion and overall analogue feel to it.
